CONSIGNMENT POLICY

Items brought in for consignment must be clean, polished, ironed and in good, working condition. Chattel reduces items by 15% every 30 days during the 90 day consignment period. Our consignors receive 50% of the final selling price. Payments are made on the 15th of the month following the sale of the item(s). Should your item not sell, you have the option to pick-up the item within 7 days after the expiration date OR release the item to Chattel for donation to charity, further mark downs or disposal. Items left after the expiration date will become property of Chattel.

but Chattel is NOT responsible for any item lost, damaged or stolen while on consignment.
